Returns & Refunds Policy
At Alisha Shop, we want you to have an absolutely hassle-free, pleasant and satisfying shopping experience. We understand that sometimes returns or refunds may be necessary, and we aim to make the process as simple and convenient as possible. Please read this Returns & Refunds Policy to understand the guidelines and procedures for returning or seeking a refund for a purchased product. To return purchased items, customers need to contact the Alisha Shop Team within 3 working days counting from the delivery date.
Please note that this Returns & Refunds Policy is subject to change, and we recommend reviewing it periodically for any updates.
You can return your received products if:
- You received a defective product.
- You received the wrong product.
- You received a physically damaged product.
- You received wrong sized products.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The products must be unused, undamaged, unwashed and without any flaws.
- The products must be in its original packaging and have all original tags.
- The product’s return request must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product(s).
- The products need to be checked in front of the rider(s).
- The customer may be responsible for shipping costs.
- The customer may be charged a restocking fee.
- Certain products, such as personal care items, perishables, or items explicitly marked as non-returnable, may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene or safety reasons. Please refer to the specific product page for detailed information.
Some conditions that may apply when returning a product:
- The customer must return the product including the original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, accessories and box.
- Customers must return the purchased items via the same manufacturer packaging/box keeping the product in its original form without any sort of damage.
- It is important to indicate the order number and return tracking number on the return package to avoid any inconvenience/delay in the process of return.
- For products that has issues after usage or the expiration of the return window, manufacturer warranty or brand warranty could be given by the manufacturer. For the manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer. The contact details of the manufacturer can be found on the product’s package or user manual or website.
Replacement / Exchange Policy:
We only replace an item if the item received by the Customer is defective or damaged. If an item needs to be exchanged, for the same item please contact the Alisha Shop Team within 3 working days counting from the delivery date.
Upon receiving the returned product(s), our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the Return Policy requirements and eligibility. If the product received is deemed to be eligible, the refund process will proceed. The refund will typically be issued through the original payment method used during the purchase. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on the payment provider and their policies.
In certain cases, refunds may not be applicable or may be subject to specific conditions:
- If the returned product is found to be used, damaged, or missing parts, a partial refund may be issued, or the return may be rejected.
- If the return request is not initiated within the specified timeframe or fails to meet the return eligibility criteria, the return may be rejected.
- In cases of non-returnable items or products with specific return conditions mentioned on the product page, refunds may not be applicable. Please refer to the product page or contact our customer support team for more information.
- If you pay us by card then we will request a refund in the bank which will take 7-10 working days.
- If you pay us by bkash then your money will be returned by bkash to your account within 2-5 working days.
Note: For the items purchased on sale or using a coupon, the amount refund will be the exact amount paid during the purchase, and not its original value. For example: If an item was purchased on sale or used a coupon for BDT 1,000/= (one thousand) taka and its original value was BDT 1,500/= (one thousand and five hundred) taka, then the refund amount will be BDT 1,000/= (one thousand) taka, which was the amount paid during the purchase.
